John Wilson For a pawn shop, these folks are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Theyve been in the business for many years, locally owned & operated and will bend over backwards, so to speak lol, to get you the cash amount youre seeking. The store itself has a good selection of products for sale and they have an inhouse jeweler who can install a new watch battery or even repair broken bracelets, necklaces, etc. Ive used them for numerous things including jewelry repair, watch batteries and short term loans. I highly recommend them.

Aretha Watson Greedy. Said it would cost 45 dollars to sodder a clean snap on a sterling silver chain. We know silver isnt an expensive metal. Trouble if you ASK me. He said its because hes located in the mall so thats costly. Lol. No disrespect Sir..but thats ridiculous! Found someone who did it in a jiffy and 5 dollars. Greedy.

Jessica and her mom were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Their warmth and honesty made the experience feel personal and stress-free. Not only were the repairs done beautifully, but their pricing was also very fair—something you don’t always find with quality service like this. The store itself is spotless, well-organized, and filled with absolutely stunning pieces. Their jewelry is to die for—I couldn’t stop looking around! Jos Voltage Bar at The Florida Mall – 10/10 Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Voltage Bar, and everything was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A special touch was seeing my daughter’s name on the screen, which made the experience even more personal. Mercedes did our permanent jewelry, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!
