lindsey updegrove I have taken some gold rings to be repaired here and I was always happy with results. I recently ordered a pair of custom earrings from them and they are beautiful. When I saw them I wasn’t sure if they were exactly what I wanted. Pam was super patient and helpful. She even ordered extra gemstones to see if they were closer to the color I was looking for. I will definitely be going to them for all of my jewelry purchases and repairs from now on. Highly recommend!

We were nervous about buying a ring at any place since some places only care about the commission of how much money they can make off people and they rush you through the choices. I often admired my grandmothers simple yet stunning engagement and wedding rings, which she always said would one day be passed to me. Last year, that cherished promise was fulfilled. After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring!
