I felt more like a number than a customer. I arrived a little early and was immediately treated by Brittany who jumped right into pulling dresses, asking me questions, and just making me feel at home. Brittany was extremely attentive and gave me honest opinions about the dresses I was trying. She was absolutely amazing in all aspects and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Now to the store…They have a great selection and variation of gowns. Prices are amazing too. The Bridal section is laid out and decorated beautifully with easy access to search and see all of the gown options. Small town vibe with Big store professionalism. You’ve got to check them out!!

But it was a hefty purchase so I had been putting it off and didnt know if I wanted to spend the money...Well I stumbled into L&Ks at Altamonte Mall the other day and was immediately greeted by Kahn. He was so nice and professional and he was teaching me all about different brands and lo and behold they had the watch I had been looking at. I never felt pressured at all, just informed on watches. They had some of the best pricing I had seen around and I left the store still not purchasing.
