I came in with a general idea (based on her input) and some scattered thoughts, and Kevin somehow managed to turn all that into something better than I ever imagined. From the start, he nailed the stone selection. It hit every mark I was looking for. But the setting is what really blew me away. I’m not sure I ever clearly articulated what I was envisioning, but Kevin understood it anyway. They shine better than they ever have. The owners Lou and Sam are the best so friendly and knowledgeable have been in the business for a long time. sandra samaan We had such a great experience at Keno Brothers Jewelers. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two adorable fur babies. Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.

Fallin Turner I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues
