My experience from the moment I put my deposit down all the way up to the moment the chain was delivered was hands down the best customer service experience of my life. Norma keeps you updated every step of the way with pics of your chain being made via text. The craftsmanship Rey puts into his chains is truly a labor of love and it shows! I’m already planning my next purchase with them. I refuse to go anywhere else or settle for less they are hands down the best Cuban links on the planet!
