Lori Fallon McGlynn Myself and my husband have been return customers at Lovejoy for approximately the last 10 years. Ace, the owner, has done a remarkable job at always trying to please his customers with all of the stunning items that he sells at his fine store. With that being said I purchased a Pre Owned Presidential Rolex watch there for my husband that was in like new condition. It also had a 2 year warranty left from having recently been serviced by Rolex. Ace is a wonderful owner and thoroughly enjoys his fabulous store & customers as well! His store is filled with wonderful Jewlery and gorgeous Antiques as well. We have sent many of our friends there who have also purchased a Rolex watches and jewelry as well. If youre ever in Naples please make sure that you take a trip down 5th Avenue and make a visit to Lovejoys. Trust me you will definitely not be disappointed one single bit. Another thing Id like to say is that Ace is among one of the most trustworthy owners of a store like his. We are forever grateful to Ace for always being there for us either to make a purchase or else get our jewelry fixed or our watches serviced. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Janice Bonham West I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

Bill Mathias What a find!! A friend had repairs done at Gold in Art and raved about the quality of their work. I took several of my wife’s broken pieces. I worked with Peter. Professional and courteous he examined each piece and recommended what was needed. I got them back today, ahead of schedule and work was perfect! Highly recommend for repairs, but also for new jewelry

Jackie Carlson There is a reason why this place is rated five stars. Not only do you receive good prices to buy jewelry, they also offer the most cash for your gold. I shopped around. Additionally, when I went to sell some gold pieces, they suggested I repurpose my childhood jewelry into pieces I could wear as an adult. I am so happy to be able to reuse my pieces and have the memories of my childhood as well. They did such a nice job on the repairs. The entire staff was very Friendly and helpful

Maura DeLair I have never needed the services offered at a pawn shop and was clueless as to how it works. I was greeted and taken care of by a young man named JAIME. He was so kind and informative on procedure and the different ways a transition could be handled. I felt like I was treated very fairly. Emma Cordrey I’ve been to Rowan twice now, four piercings there total, and my experience has always been so great. Stefanie was my nurse both times and she is incredible! She is always so patient and kind. All piercings photographed, other than the first live piercing, have been done by her. I’m obsessed! Stefanie and the rest of the staff at Rowan are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back to her for more piercings!
