I recently visited Brittanys Jewelers to have several pieces of jewelry appraised for estate purposes, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Mr. Jim was absolutely wonderful—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to listen as I shared the stories behind each piece, treating them with the respect and care they deserved. Brittanys Jewelers came highly recommended by someone I trust, and she did not steer me wrong! The service was so friendly and welcoming that I decided to have several rings resized and a few other items repaired while I was there. Everything was handled beautifully. On top of their excellent service, they also have a lovely selection of items for sale. I’m already looking forward to returning— as a buyer! Foxx Trails and Tales Good selection and great prices, I bought a diamond tennis bracelet and some earrings here. Friendly staff and it was a pretty easy purchase experience. I’d recommend this store if you’re jewelry shopping and you want to shop locally.

Caitlin McLaughlin Bridal: I arrived alone for an appointment after having been to another Bridal store (where my experience was underwhelming and just bleh). I felt more like a number than a customer. I arrived a little early and was immediately treated by Brittany who jumped right into pulling dresses, asking me questions, and just making me feel at home. Brittany was extremely attentive and gave me honest opinions about the dresses I was trying. She was absolutely amazing in all aspects and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Now to the store…They have a great selection and variation of gowns. Prices are amazing too. The Bridal section is laid out and decorated beautifully with easy access to search and see all of the gown options. Small town vibe with Big store professionalism. You’ve got to check them out!!

Andres Perez I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Thank you guys for all the help and making sure that I would be happy with my alternative. I will be making more future purchases with you!

Mike D I wanted a matching diamond band for my new center stone, but was unable to find one. So I went to Michael & Co Jewelers in LWR and met with Alyssa and Amber. We discussed design, size and price and began the order for my custom ring. After relaying the ring specifications to their designer, a CAD was created showing exactly what the ring would look like when complete. Now, just a few weeks later, I am wearing my new BEAUTIFUL ring and I just LOVE it! It’s exactly what I envisioned, and working together with Michael & Co. Jewelers and their terrific staff was a truly pleasurable experience.
