McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

Rita I Such a great experience getting our first permanent bracelets at Summie! It’s located in a business office inside this salon suite located next to Tacos & tequila. We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn’t get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it’s a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. I will definitely be back and bring some friends and family!

Grant Ke I have been going to Buchwald Jewelers for more than 20 years now. I have purchased bracelets, necklaces, earrings and watches. The pieces I have purchased were all outstanding and I have been very happy with each of them. Jeff is very knowledgeable and trustworthy which is why I keep going back. Always more than fair price and never a question of who I am buying from. James Pledger No BS. Greg was awesome to deal with, contracted him to make custom engagement ring. He kept in contact every step of the way thought the design process. Even with a somewhat short deadline I needed it finished Greg crushed it and had it done early . The ring looked better than expected and was spot on with the quote. He even stopped what he was doing to fix a shabby repair on my anchor pendant from another jeweler while I waited at no cost. Will be using Cerio’s again.
