L P Fast and friendly service. I bought my husband a ring online that we wanted to return so we went to the local Gainesville Pandora at Oaks Mall. We were greeted by a friendly counterperson who took care of us soon after we walked in. The return was fast since I had purchased the ring on my Pandora account (highly recommend joining their free membership if you hate keeping paper receipts) and the refund went directly back to my credit card. Id return here again for additional accessories since they also have 10% off for veterans and UF employees:) thanks for a great first visit!

Baron Zackery By shear luck and happenstance that I actually ran into this charming gem of a jewelry store (saw the sign as I was visiting a certain cookie establishment) Stopped in asked about making and designing a particular piece. Sales Professional Alia helped me with all of my thoughts, ideas and answered all of my specific questions with ease. She was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say the warm, open, family feel helped me to decide on my purchase, decision, and choice. Looking forward to doing business with you guys in the future as well. Great job!!

I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.

Hot Wired This is a great store to stop in to pick up some jewelry trinkets to take home all for $10 each or on sale for $5 if you find it. Be sure to ask for one of their cards as if it gets punched 10 times. When you purchase 10 items you get a free item! The staff here was absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and glad to help you. Bob A This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.
