I fully expected to have to drop it off and leave, but they went above and beyond. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business services to anyone who ask.

Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! Mr. T Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!
