I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.
