The ring feels good on my finger and its not too heavy. It is truly a masterfully crafted piece of jewelry. The sizing is perfect for a slightly below average finger. Customer Service is great. Every time I asked a question about the status of my ring, I received an immediate response. It was really great doing business with NightRider and I wouldnt hesitate purchasing more jewelry from them and I highly recommend checking them out. I purchased my second ring from NightRider, and once again, the experience has been exceptional. A special shout-out to Rose at the Orlando location — her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge made the process seamless and enjoyable. 1 /5 Polo Polo: I love the product and went to the store last Thursday to finally see the rings in person. I dont really write reviews but when Im ready to spend $1000+ on jewelery, I at least expect the store to try and close the sale. This is my second time at this location with similar treatment. I was the only person in the store and only one of the two employees greeted me and when I expressed interest in a piece, no attempt was made to close the deal. It was "do you want it or not" At least offer a water bottle like any other luxury store does or showoff how great the product is.
