5 /5 Ace Bazan: If you ever get the chance to stop by Brighton at UTC do so! The service was amazing, super littles friendly. First time in there and they treated us like Queens! Melissa was super attentive helped, coordinate my jewelry pieces! Will be going again!!

1 /5 April Michailidis: I brought in a broken chain to be sent in for repair. They said I have to provide them with the medallion that came with it. So I took it out of my purse and gave it to them. They said it was under warranty. Almost two months later they called me and said the necklace was out of warranty and the medallion was broken. I said what happened to the medallion? She said that’s the way you gave it to us. I said I did not. She said we sent it out the way we received it. When I got home I looked at the repair note she originally wrote and it just said broken chain. There was no mention of a broken medallion. Why wouldn’t they have written broken medallion if I gave them a broken medallion? They are liars and I will never buy another thing from that store. Shame on you Brighton. You just lost a frequent buyer.

1 /5 Alicia Mobley: Stopped in UTC store since I was visiting area from our home in Naples.They had a pair of sandals in stock I had been looking at purchasing, tried them on and decided to purchase Wally the sales associate who was helping me walked away to help another customer. My husband let her know we were interested in making the purchase she said she would be right with us so we waited and waited however when she was still too busy as was all the other associates in the store to ring up my purchase of $225.00 sandals we just left. I guess the other customers were more important than we were.
