Professional and courteous he examined each piece and recommended what was needed. I got them back today, ahead of schedule and work was perfect! I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry to be fixed here, on top of being so kind, and quick… they also make sure to keep their pricing affordable, especially compared to other places. I even went there one time thinking i would need to purchase a whole new gold clasp for my necklace, but the amazing woman working said “let me try something”.. Not only did she FIX it, when i asked what i owed her, she told me nothing.
