B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! Triston Quitugua They did an awesome job. Cory was super great and did a fantastic job on my necklace. Monahan jewelry in Atlantic beach told me they could not fix my necklace and told me it was not worth keeping. Fast fix in St Johns town center was also not able to fix it. I highly recommend Master Jewelry, they even gave me a 3 month warranty
