5 /5 Bju _: I’ve been to several Jewelers over the years and this was the first place I felt I could trust. I shopped around and still came back to this hidden gem. Mike and his staff were easy to talk to. He gave me excellent appraisals, good prices on my transactions… and MOST IMPORTANTLY.. restored a 25 year old watch that my mother gave to me when I graduated High School. It looks new and he uses matching parts. Thank you!

1 /5 Andeline Noel: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is very very shady. Horrible customer service and the Mike guy is rude. I don’t know how they have been in business this long. I purchased a letter “A” pendant with diamonds and I kid you not I paid almost $900 for there to be like 8 diamonds that you can barely see. He didn’t care that I didn’t like it , he got his money, and was not trying to help me fix or let me exchange because this is a “custom piece”. Your better off purchasing something from Claire’s than coming here. Save your money they are super overpriced for no reason. I learned my lesson. This was also my first time purchasing something and I regret coming here because they made my experience Horrible.

1 /5 Louis Madrid: Terrible terrible terrible, I purchased jewelry and was incredibly overpriced. They price by the item not the weight meaning you will over pay and he wint even weight the fold for you. His reaponse is " i dont sell ny weight so it dont matter". The guy is rude and the woman is rude. They are scamming and do terrible business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

5 /5 Matthew Gilbert: So this was my first time going to M&R Jewels. They removed 6 links from my new gold bracket I had just bought elsewhere. They were very patient with me as I had to have them keep removing links to make sure the bracket was the fit that I liked. The price was very reasonable and it only took about 20 min. Then they gave me a great deal on a new 14k gold charm for my chain! They were very polite and provided great customer service. After everything was said and done they also gave me a business card with a discount for the next time I got there! I highly recommend going to them for anything jewelry related. I definitely plan on going back for my future jewelry needs.
