Carla was knowledgeable, fair, and comforting during a very difficult time in my life. Many times businesses fail to realize that parting with items isnt always easy. She used to be my mother-in-law and I would never say a bad word about her. Even though she isnt related to me anymore, I can still say she is a kind, honest, Christ-like lady and I recommend highly that you shop with her instead of going to the big chain stores! They have integrity and will never deal unkindly with you no matter what.

Susan Block I cant thank Silvio and his wife at Ocean Mile Jeweler enough for the incredible custom bracelet they made for my best friend. It was designed to honor her father, who recently passed. He was a military pilot and shared a love of travel and adventure with her. The airplane design came out perfect and is such a special tribute. Silvio was amazing throughout. He was great at communication, understood the vision right away, stayed in touch, and had it finished exactly when promised. He also worked with me on pricing, which I really appreciated. They only use sturdy, high-quality gold, and you can really see and feel the difference in the final piece. The whole process was smooth and heartfelt, and the bracelet brought a real smile to my friend’s face during a tough time. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location.
