McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

I’ve picked up permanent bracelets from other places before, but this experience really stood out. Midian, the owner/operator, is so kind and personable — she made the whole process fun and easy. Jacques Dawnmarie I feel that Ive always been given fair market value for whatever I have brought into the store. They are quick fast and efficient. I brought an entire box of stuff in there and the woman behind the counter checked everything for me and let me know what was real gold and silver and what was it. I feel this is the only place in Ocala where you can sell your gold and silver and get good prices for your stuff that you dont want anymore.
