Andrew Williams Noel provided excellent service sizing and setting the time on my Hamilton Khaki Aviation Automatic. Additionally, he filled out the registration card which was not done when the watch was purchased from Reed’s online. He also let me try on a number of other Hamilton and Longines watches and was extremely friendly and patient. Highly recommend Reed’s jewelers.

We live an hour away but trusted my friends referral. My husband and I, without an appointment, brought in lots of jewelry to determine its value. The owner, Ron, and his lovely daughter took the time to evaluate every piece. He gave us a fair market value and was honest about the pieces that were not of value. We then brought in our jewelry that needed repairs. Ron took the time to tell us exactly how they would be repaired and the costs associated. We felt he was very honest with the quotes. We returned with more jewelry, silverware, and diamonds for him to evaluate. Again, we received a fair market value. We picked up the repaired jewelry and were very satisfied with their condition. Derek Scholz Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.
