derek powell THIS GUY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! My wife dropped off her family heirloom for me to have a necklace made for my birthday. She told J to do whatever he thinks I would like and I LIKE. It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
