Kim Friedman My “nice” watch needed a new battery and I brought it to a store in Longwood, who is known for their inexpensive battery replacement. Usually it takes minutes to replace a battery at this place, but 45 min later, they were still attempting to get the back plate screwed on correctly. They blamed the delay on the tiny screws, needing a smaller screw driver. The plate was not level and I was concerned with water seepage. I drove directly to Sams, and without me mentioning what happened, they immediately commented the watch was not assembled correctly. It cost more than expected but they also cleaned the band and used a superior battery compared to the other place. I will only bring our watches to Sams from now on. You get what you pay for! The service was professional and they are knowledgeable. There is a reason they have been in Lake Mary for 30+ years!

Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.

Cindy W I give my experience with Tony and the crew at Treasure Coast Estate Buyers 5 STARS and would give them more if I could. I am not a trusting person and feel like "reviews" cant be trusted, that they were either paid for or computer generated. For this reason, Ive been sitting on old coins and jewelry because I didnt want to have to deal with selling ... comparing it to buying a car from the dealership (if you catch my drift). Tony is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. So if you have expectations (or not), I can say with absolute certainty that you will be treated fairly and courteously. Frias Frias I have went in to this Kay jewelers for years since my husband came home with a gift from there that I really really loved, but had to return due to certain reasons and Melissa the manager was a great help. Amelia Davis We came in spontaneously for my daughter’s birthday. Becca made her birthday extra special! Gave her a sweet birthday pin, and was so sweet and caring! Becca had great attention to detail, making sure both piercings were symmetrical. She explained the entire procedure, and aftercare with great detail, and made the entire experience so nice! Not to mention she made my daughter’s birthday! The equipment was clean and Becca had a sterile field the entire time! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory.
