Robert Groves Main Street Jewelers is a fantastic home town business that takes great care of their customers. Their pricing is reasonable, not the high markup of "Big Jewelers" with fancy advertisements to bring customers in. Workmanship is fantastic and very timely. I dropped my wifes gold chain off for repair one afternoon and it was repaired and returned the next afternoon as promised. Great Experience!!!

Brent Wood I visited this store recently needing a watch battery. It was closing time and wasnt sure if I could get it done. The owner was more than happy to do it. As a veteran, she thanked me for my service and wished me a merry Christmas. And did not charge me for my battery. It may seem like not so much of a big deal, but to me, it was. This lady restored my faith in people and her thankfulness for veterans. She inspired me to pay it forward this holiday season. Thank you for that. I encourage people to shop or use this store.

Mary Black I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. The final product is the 3 images below. We are so glad we chose him for such a meaningful and timeless piece. I LOVE my ring. Thank you so much Sam for your kindness work art and skill. Highly recommend!!! I’m glad we trusted him with ring that has been in my family for over 53 years.

I stopped at another jeweler in the mall on the way to Elite, and the other jeweler said that they couldnt work on the kind of watches I had. Note that they have moved to an island-type booth near Victorias Secret and Ross Dress for Less.
