Diane Augustus I recently found that a prong had broken on my diamond engagement ring. Being new to the area, I needed to find a knowledgeable and reliable jeweler. We were recommended to B. Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!

John Wilson For a pawn shop, these folks are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Theyve been in the business for many years, locally owned & operated and will bend over backwards, so to speak lol, to get you the cash amount youre seeking. The store itself has a good selection of products for sale and they have an inhouse jeweler who can install a new watch battery or even repair broken bracelets, necklaces, etc. Ive used them for numerous things including jewelry repair, watch batteries and short term loans. I highly recommend them.

He has repaired three watches from my collection and they are all still running perfectly years later. I’m so happy he is now in Tampa which makes it much more easier for me. He also has interesting pieces for sale and can build a watch from scratch. This guy is amazing and his prices are very reasonable. Hayley Ricci I had an amazing experience at Pandora! I worked with Cynthia and she went above and beyond to assist my mom and I. I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.

Courtney Brown Simply cannot say enough good things about Congress and their amazing staff. Alex has helped us with many purchases, and watched our children grow, always assisting us with new sea shell charms to add to their little collections. Recently we connected over our shared love for the Atocha. It is now exaggeration to share that Alex spent hours with us that day. While we did make a purchase, I think he would I have happily done the same thing if we didn’t buy a thing. We are now proud owners of Atocha reals and hope to have a small collection of our own someday. It is special to know that these purchases have historical importance while also the strong emotional connection of the experience of working with Alex. We can’t wait until next time.

Joe Mama Service with a smile. I googled jewelry repairs in Port Charlotte this jeweler caught my eye. I left a gold chain to be repaired. They were up front with the timing and charge. It was done when they said. Looking at the chain I couldn’t find the repair. It was that good. You can’t make everyone happy and there’s always another side to the story. The posts from years ago did not deter me. I was very satisfied. Thank you. I said if I don’t come back right away don’t take it personal. I will choose your establishment in a heartbeat.
