My daughter and I were walking when I noticed your store’s beautiful displays of emeralds and decided to see more of them. When we went inside the emeralds were beautiful and the owners were so welcoming, friendly and informative. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I saw an emeralds and diamonds earrings and fell in love with them. I tried them on and they were so pretty and decided to buy them. I’m so happy with my beautiful purchase. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality. I definitely recommend visiting this family owned business if you’re in Key West and want to treat yourself!

Ruth Janvier This jewelry store is absolutely incredible! If I’ve known about this place a few years back, I would’ve save myself money and some financial ripoff from other jewelry stores. So, I came to this store looking for a watch for my parents for the holidays. A worker named James was so helpful. He had a very kind and welcoming personality. Not only was I able to find a great deal for the watch that I came in for but I left purchasing two watches for literally an affordable price that I didn’t even think I would get. You definitely cannot go anywhere else and get service like this and a bargain out of this world. There’s also a variety of jewelry for everyone. I love it here!!!! Ten out of ten would recommend this store to a friend and I will definitely be back.

Janie Renaud I had a wonderful experience at Pembroke Jewelers. Melissa greeted me and had suggestions for repair of a vintage bracelet. She was very professional and got back to me with the cost after the jeweler assessed it. Very fair price and quick repair. I picked up the bracelet and they not only repaired the clasp and added a few links but cleaned it and polished it. Beautiful work.

An excellent jeweler is in the store so repairs do not have to be sent out. My repair on my diamond ring was done in one day and I told him he was not charging enough for his work.

Kelly Krammer Provident Jewlery helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring for me years ago. Since then I have upgraded my engagement band and wedding band with provident. Their attention to detail is always fantastic. I have also had my ring cleaned and repaired at the store, and it always comes out looking amazing. I recommend this store, 10/10!

Felicia Stansbury We had a girls night out and The Zap Bar was our first stop. Dylan was so sweet and very informative with the jewelry pieces. The atmosphere was a vibe in itself. I was surprised how quick the process was. A group of 6 and we were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. We all left with a cute new piece. Definitely recommend to make this a stop on your next girls outing or day date.
