From the moment you walk in, you feel a family atmosphere, the service is very friendly, and they explain everything patiently and without rushing you. They have great prices and a wide selection, especially in 10k and 14k Cuban chains, in all styles and fabrics. You can tell they care about helping, not just selling, and thats worth a lot these days. If youre looking to invest in gold or just want something beautiful and high-quality, this is a great place. I felt right at home, 100% recommended.

Gail was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. She also offered some great ideas for future purchases, which I really appreciated. Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

Joanna Moore My (now) husband worked with Sandy to create a custom engagement ring for his proposal. I immediately fell in love with my ring and couldn’t wait to plan the next steps of my wedding band with her! When the time came we met together and I briefly described the ideas I had and she came back with a sketch that surpassed any ideas I could have imagined. She is a true artist and her designs are so thoughtful and unique. I now own 4 rings from Sandy, and I am already plotting a necklace. My husbands band is from her as well and it suits him perfectly. I never thought I was big into jewelry until Sandy came into my life. She is a true gem.

sandra samaan We had such a great experience at Keno Brothers Jewelers. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two adorable fur babies. Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.
