Courtney Brown Simply cannot say enough good things about Congress and their amazing staff. Alex has helped us with many purchases, and watched our children grow, always assisting us with new sea shell charms to add to their little collections. Recently we connected over our shared love for the Atocha. It is now exaggeration to share that Alex spent hours with us that day. While we did make a purchase, I think he would I have happily done the same thing if we didn’t buy a thing. We are now proud owners of Atocha reals and hope to have a small collection of our own someday. It is special to know that these purchases have historical importance while also the strong emotional connection of the experience of working with Alex. We can’t wait until next time.

Rose Hampton Joel is phenomenal! He made my engagement ring & our wedding bands and is just an amazing artist and goldsmith to work with! He was able use many family diamonds in the design which made the pieces even more special. I can’t wait to design and buy our next piece of jewelry from Joel!! Almost 10 years later and my engagement ring is in perfect condition!

Paul Rutter I went in to sell jewellery and came out with a big smile after seeing a friend from college I always check online reviews before trusting a business, and that’s exactly what I did before visiting Big Boss Jewellery. To my surprise, I discovered that the owner, Andy—who used to tutor me back in college—was running the shop! Andy was very courteous and honest throughout the process. I had assumed some of my jewellery was 14k, but he carefully tested it and explained that it was actually 18k. He remembered me right away and paid me a fair price for my pieces. I 100% recommend Big Boss Jewellery. They’re a local, family-owned business that treats people with respect. Friendly, polite, and most importantly—honest.

Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. eloise king Excellent repairs by Eddy will make your damaged jewelry look new again. A master jeweler, he is such a meticulous craftsman that I trust him with family heirlooms. His unique and exquisite designs are stunning and I receive compliments on the amber and gold pendant he created for me every time I wear it. Having been a customer for over ten years, I know that he holds himself to the highest standards of workmanship. The owners integrity and courtesy make this business very special, it is a real "gem". It is always a pleasure just to stop by to admire the beautiful jewelry in their showcases. Do not be surprised to find a line of customers, most of them are prior clients who know that his superlative work is well worth waiting for!!

Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.
