1 /5 Garrett Bryant: I am in no way a watch snob; I simply wanted maintenance. I dropped off my 50-year-old Seiko 6105 (a $1,500 watch with family history) after seeing the positive reviews for water intrusion repair and maintenance. The shop said they would send it to their trusted watchmaker. After one month, they called for payment, then radio silence for another month. A short text later said it was “almost done,” and after another month, I called only to be told immediately it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the owner claimed everything was fixed. Upon inspection, multiple droplets of water were inside the watch on the dial before I had even left the shop. They promised to fix it, but when I asked to see the old parts, I was told they had been thrown away. Reviewing my own photos, I realized they had also polished the case (due to "damage from the vise jaws"), work I never requested, and ruining the original finish, something no quality watchmaker does. The shop admitted to polishing the case, and that water was still able to get in. This service cost $500 and took three months. My watch was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off, without the original problem solved. Given the missing parts and ongoing water intrusion, I seriously doubt any meaningful mechanical work was done. Now I have to take it to another shop. The owner issued a full refund and apologized, claiming this “had never happened before.” My experience was a complete waste of time. If you value your watch, avoid this shop entirely; do not trust them.

I brought in a ring that was very special to me, and from the moment I walked in, the staff treated it with the utmost care and respect. They paid such close attention to every detail, and the repair was absolutely flawless. My ring looks even better than it did before! What really made the experience even more special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere especially the two most adorable dogs who greeted me as I walked in! They were so sweet and added such a personal, comforting touch to the whole visit. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. It’s rare to find such genuine service paired with true craftsmanship, but this store delivers both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch jewelry work and a place that truly cares. 5 /5 Aunt Nana: I just inherited my grandmothers wedding ring. She recieved it in 1926. I needed the prongs replaced and the ring sized. I was nervous about leaving it to be fixed. They treated me so well and did such a great job on my ring. I will be bringing my other antique jewlery to be checked over for loose stones. I would highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and very professional.

5 /5 Susan Frazier: I had a bulova watch that needed to be repaired and Jewelry Works was able to repair. I had called the Bulova Repair Company (which was out of area) and was going to have to mail my watch for repair. I am so glad I found Jewelry Works in High Springs and close to my area for this repair. They did an excellent job on my repair and were very friendly and welcomed me to their store location. I will be going back to them for more repair and fixing prongs on my rings
