The craftsmanship was impeccable, and they handled such a sentimental piece with the utmost care and respect. What really stood out to me was how trustworthy, fair, and honest they were throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a business that combines skill with such integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler who truly cares about their work and their customers.

5 /5 Ray: Brought my vintage Fraternal Order of Eagles ring to have a diamond added to my ring. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. I couldnt be happier with the way my ring looks. I would highly recommend The Jewelry Doctor.

2 /5 Maya: Not my fave. Scratched my new watch bad on my first battery replacement for that watch. I can feel the scraped edge against my skin. Now I’ll have to pay to have it polished. But idk if the body of the watch can be polished without disturbing the mechanism.

I travel from New York to visit my parents and brought a few very sentimental pieces that needed repair and resizing. Tabitha was absolutely the best, kind, attentive, and truly took the time to listen and understand how much these items meant to me. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines true craftsmanship with such genuine care. Thank you, Tabitha, for treating my jewelry with the love and respect it deserves!

1 /5 Theresa Grace: All my years of working in a jewelry store i’ve always asked people if they wanted me to clean their jewelry. That’s how we find out if there’s a loose stone or if they wanted to get plate and also sometimes they have time to look around and shop and buy more jewelry. It’s just good business. I bought a piece here at the Jewelry Dr little over two months ago came to bring my jewelry to get clean that went with it. The girl said OK we can clean everything but you have to pay $12.95 to get your jewelry clean I was a little shocked because that’s such bad business. That’s how you make more customers want to come back it’s just not about cleaning. It’s just about making people comfortable when they buy jewelry. I will never go back again. I was completely shocked. It’s not That I don’t have the money I was just completely in shock because what do you care it takes literally five minutes of your time. The girl said we’re just a repair shop, but I’m like you sell jewelry here. Also, she said sorry it’s new policy and I said it’s OK. It’s not your fault. You don’t make up the rules, but I will not come here again.!
