Nina was fantastic as she helped me through the process, was patient as I asked questions, and I didn’t feel pressure to upgrade or anything beyond what I had planned and asked for. Definitely recommend Monarch!

Rena Howell I visited Mandarin Jewelry based on some prior google reviews and the location was a convenient for me. I needed a ring downsized that was purchased on a recent cruise. I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! I am more than pleased and highly recommend Gary and Vicci Capraro to anyone who needs any jewelry work or for anyone looking for a beautiful piece.

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Ramos Jessica “Jluv” Bought daughter new pair of earrings. Love the quality and prices. One of my first choices when looking for affordable jewelry for my daughters as I want something that is stylish, good quality and affordable. I am sure of price is an issue a cheaper place can be found but the quality of the items on always my concern, as I make my purchases with the intent of my daughter keeping them for a long time and that they will last not turn her ear green or become tarnished. Always very pleased. I do not recommend their pill cases though. They are heavy and have beautiful designs but they open too easily and pills tend to fall out. Every thing else has been great. Have key chain, several earrings as well as a ID holder with clip which I always receive compliments on.
