1 /5 Holly: She took a hammer to my expensive watch and it never worked again. It does not require a hammer to replace the battery. They refused to make any amends for the problem. Go somewhere else.

1 /5 Jaymie Anderson: We bought 2 batteries from them awhile back. We had them put 1 of the batteries in, as we didnt have the other watch with us. We tried replacing the other watch battery when we got home, but couldnt get the back, back on the watch. We recently went back to the Paddock Mall and brought the watch with us, they charged me $26.74 just to put the back, back on the watch, which included tax and there is no tax on labor, so why was I charged tax? They are a bunch of thieves. Will never buy anything from them again. My husband was the one who went and had it done, had it been me, I would have never paid that.

1 /5 Antonio McChriston: STAY AWAY!! Provided the worst customer experience. Slammed my watch against hard surfaces many times during battery swap and resizing. A tragic small business that made me feel like I was an annoyance, not a patron who was helping to feed and provide for their family. They even came as a recommendation from another jewelry company. STAY AWAY!!
