Bob A This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.

Thomas Atkinson Bay Hill has a world-class team at all their locations. Stacey and the team treated me with utmost care and made me feel super comfortable during the nerve-racking process of ring shopping. I gave Stacey some inspiration images and she showed me 3 specially selected diamonds/bands. The result was absolutely stunning! We will no doubt be going back here for anniversaries, etc.

Tereza Maclachlan I stumbled upon this store randomly riding my trip. The owner was able to repair my bellybutton ring and use an old diamond earring to repurpose it. I previously went to two other stores and they couldn’t do it. She was quick and efficient, gave me an accurate quote and did a perfect job, I couldn’t be happier. I drove nearly 2hrs round trip but it was totally worth it. Will be back for any other jewelry repairs in the future. Thanks so much

Brie Gwaltney I visited Vincent today and he is absolutely wonderful. I had a locket that holds my dads ashes and the locket wont stay closed. He fixed it right there while I waited. And made sure it would stay closed for me stating he wouldnt want me to lose the ashes and the sentimental things mean alot to him. I was having a difficult day and visiting him today and how very nice he was really reminded me that there are truly nice and caring people out there still. I am so very grateful that I met Vincent and he did this repair for me. His shop is cozy and he makes you feel right at home. I will be back very soon as I have a few more things to fix. It felt really relaxing when I walked in. She was very informative when asking about certain things. I highly recommend.

Very willing to work with their customers without pressuring you to buy, while also ensuring youre getting the best quality for the price paid.
