1 /5 Marcie S: Depending on who you talk to, you’ll get different prices that they try to offer you. They lowball me after somebody else had already given me a quote much higher. Not a very good way to do business just kind of scam me in my opinion.

1 /5 Draco Sims: This the second time ive been in the particular cash American pawn and both time the cashier went over to the manager without looking up the item on the computer and the manager gave me a low price on the first item based off a similar item he looked in his phone that was 50 my item was 150. But to i walk 2 miles to this pawn shop cause im in desperate need of some cash and when i get in there i sat this brand new AOTO BOX a wireless car smart box and 3 pair of shoes 2 are designer idk know their names and one pair of jordan 1s. The girl at the cash register immediately said she cant take the shoes but she can give me ten dollar for my headphones (she was talking about the aoto box) and i said its not head phones so she grabbed it and went to the manager instead of looking it up on the computer and came back and said they dont take those and then said but i can give you 5 dollars for my jordan 1s. Usually if they arent talking shoes its because they have too many so why would you turn them down initially with out looking up any of them then turn around and say youll take the jordans? See i dont like these stores being run like this. Its ok if your not taking any shoe thats fine but dont pretend like your not taking shoes then try to low ball me for a pair of my shoes with out giving me a fair price. You guys need to hire people who can do the job and not someone having to ask the manager what they should do every second. I dont appreciate that at all and ive been turn away before i just dont like the treatment of this particular store. Thank you

5 /5 Jeremiah Reid: I’ve used this location for a number of years. It’s never ideal to have to pawn your belongings. As an adult it makes me feel less than a lot of times. Nevertheless, I’m always grateful for the team at this location as they’ve always treated me with kindness and respect. I don’t feel judged nor do I feel like I’m just another $ coming in. They’ve really helped me when they didn’t even know I needed it most.

5 /5 Dupree Mathew “Mat”: Ashlyn is by far the best employee ive ever dealt with. Hell shes better than the manager/ owner. 5 stars for her alone. Shes polite, respectful, doesnt sugar coat anything and will also make sure you never get ripped off.

1 /5 Roy Glass: Very poor experience and unprofessional staff with long wait times. Would give 0 out of 5 if I could. Seriously give the other shops your hard earned money.
