She only uses high quality diamond and I have always been very happy with my purchases. I have recommended her to friends and family and they also where happy. Penny Wooldridge After being told by several jewelers in Naples it would take a week to ten days to repair the shank of my ring, as well as resizing it, I decided to pop in to Gio Jewelry repair, since I was in the area. I was instantly greeted & told he could have the repair done in 15-20 minutes! When I returned in 20 minutes, my ring was fixed, fit perfectly & looked like new! Gio Jewelry will definitely be my go to place for any future jewelry repairs! The price was also very reasonable!

Scott Eckhart Mark was exceptionally nice helping me with the ring selection,and suggesting how to utilize my mother’s diamond ring guards along with the new ring. I have very small fingers,(size 4.5) and other jewelry stores have been frustrating to work with to say the least. Mark really took his time.. and most of all listened to what I wanted. You can really tell that care and creativity go into every item. The customer service was excellent, friendly, and helpful without feeling pushy.
