5 /5 Paul Magill: The customer service there was phenomenal. My customer service rep was Rubie And she was extremely patient & extremely kind with every question and concern that I had. I advised her of my spending limit and she offered me advice in all areas. I left there completely satisfied.

4 /5 Teresa Breton Diplan: I was intending to purchase a personal item as well as a Christmas gift for my niece. Upon entering the store, I noted that it was quite crowded. I promptly signed in on the waiting list notebook before entering. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I observed that three individuals entered the store without signing in. The employees were preoccupied with assisting other customers who had already registered, marking off their names from the list. I was optimistic about being next in line; however, an employee emerged from the back, approached the counter, and inquired if the three individuals, who had arrived later than I and bypassed the sign-in process, required assistance. Although I felt a degree of frustration, I refrained from voicing my concerns due to a sense of embarrassment. Fortunately, RUBIE E., who had concluded her previous engagement and was in the process of organizing the space, recognized my prolonged wait. She examined the waiting list, acknowledged my presence, and attended to me as the next customer. I expressed my gratitude for her adherence to the established protocol and her commitment to the waiting list, which exists for a reason. I was exceedingly pleased with Rubie’s assistance; she not only addressed my needs but also went above and beyond by recommending additional items for my Christmas shopping. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Rubie for her exemplary service that enabled me to secure the items I sought. Thank you.

1 /5 Autumn Blueter: Extremely disappointed in this store and Pandora as whole. My grandmother passed away last week and the day after her passing I went into the store to purchase a charm for my mother in remembrance of my grandma. I had just been in the hospital for days straight to be with my grandma and I was exhausted, I bought the charm I was looking for and I left. When I got home I realized they had added the "pandora cares" protection plan, but they never voiced this to me or asked if that was something I wanted. A bit frustrated I used their online chat service and was told they could not assist because it was purchased in store and not online, which would have been fine but the person I spoke to was so incredibly cold and rude. Never once did they even apologize for the experience or even offer condolences as I mentioned I had bought this charm as a bereavement gift. Finally I sent in an email in to Pandora support just voicing my disappointing experiencing with the store and the online chat and requesting assistance getting the pandora cares refunded as I dont need the protection plan. Its been 6 days now and no one has replied other then an autoresponder telling me my email was received. The whole experience has really tainted pandora as a whole for me and I dont think Ill be shopping with them again, its very clear that they only care about making additional money and good customer support is a complete and total after thought.

1 /5 Rova 15: I feel like going to a store and signing on a waiting list is ridiculous. I went into the store to buy some rings for my daughter for Christmas and I followed protocol and stood in line, signed, stood to the side and waited for my name to be called. The part that angered me the most was that when it came to my turn the woman called me and I raised my hand, she literally made eye contact with me but then turned around and gave me her back and started calling other people, I walked up to her and told her that she had called my name but she just blatantly ignored me again! I simply said out loud that this store had the worst customer service, the other employee noticed and wanted to help me but after 45 minutes of waiting and that disdain I just left the store. There are places like this that are overrated, most of the jewelry is plated gold, made of poor materials and their prices are very expensive. I preferred to go to a real jewelry store and buy something made of real gold that was worth its price!
