He takes the time to better understand your needs and is able to provide you high quality jewelry at a great price. He appraised all my jewelry when I moved down for insurance purposes. I have worked with him on my insurance claim as I lost a pair of earrings. He made the process seamless as possible! Love my new pair! A few of my friends have gotten their engagement rings there, which was how I heard of him. Highly recommend!

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

J Clark I live in Orlando and just happened to stumble upon this pawn shop. I was pleased to find out they were open on Sunday. The two gentleman working the counter (one was the owner) were very nice and had a warm greeting as soon as my wife and I walked in the door. I managed to spend a few dollars there and will definitely be going back. Very happy with my purchase and their honesty.

They treat you like family. The last big purchase I made here, I wanted a specific type of paperclip chain necklace, that they didn’t have in store so she special ordered it for me, and sold it to me at an amazing price. Money well spent here! Great prices and fast service on repairs and custom work too (I had an old yellow gold ring melted down and made into two separate small rings and they did it at a fraction of the price other places wanted and in a fraction of the time)! Love this place, would give it more stars if I could.

We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago. Essence Lopez I wanted to replace a pave cluster with a single diamond. I already owned the ring and I bought the loose diamond elsewhere. After contacting a lawyer and waiting for him to respond for over two weeks, I reached out to this jeweler. They were able to do exactly what I needed. They were expeditious. And I paid half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I’m very satisfied with their services and plan to use them in the future.
