Also they gave me the price that the ring was on Christmas, 2 months after the fact. Which is awesome, they kept their word and gave me the ring for what I was originally quoted. Easy to get sized/re-sized. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. And my fiancé adores her ring!!!

Karen was very helpful and took time to listen to what I wanted to do with my current wedding band set. She brought Joel, the jeweler, into our conversation and he very knowledgeable!! I went back the following day and spoke with Mohammed, the owner. I had a good feeling after meeting these three people and knew I could trust them with my rings. The services were completed in one day, which was a wonderful surprise. The rings are exactly as I had envisioned and I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend Prestige Jewelry Store and am happy to have found them for my future purchases and repairs!!

1 /5 Taylor Smith: I recently visited Prestige Jewelers, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most worst shopping experiences Ive ever had. I was excited to find a special ring to commemorate an important milestone in my life, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely ignored. The staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than in helping customers. After waiting what felt like an eternity, I finally approached someone for assistance. To my disappointment, they were rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was wasting their time. This whole experience left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I was hoping for a memorable and joyful experience, but instead, it felt like I was just another transaction. I won’t be coming back, and I cant recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewelry.
