Steve is knowledgeable, translated my vision into great options to look at and helped me put together a beautiful ring including the stone, head, and shank. You will not be disappointed working with them!

1 /5 Louisa: Permanently destroyed the opal on my ring by not removing it from the setting during a resizing of the band. Gave it back to me pretending everything was fine with it, completely dishonest. If they did not know how to treat opal gemstones, they definitely will not treat any piece of jewelry well. The resizing is also not done well, you can clearly see the demarcation. Because they were dishonest about what they did, who knows what else they do.

My fiancé and I went to their shop to pick out our wedding bands and I brought my engagement ring back to be polished. Let me tell you their customer service is unmatched! They are kind, honest, and reliable which is so hard to find now a days. They weren’t pushy with us making a choice that day and even encouraged us to look at other shops. I love that they took the time to go through multiple ring options and were patient. When I went to pick up my engagement ring my jaw literally fell to the floor with how stunning it looked. It looked even better than the day I got it. It’s so hard to find shops with ethics and great customer service. They really made the experience amazing for us! I will be going back for all future jewelry purchases. I highly recommend! Thank you guys for really making the experience special.
