Very welcoming and professional. 10/10 recommend talking to her about any jewelry questions you might have. She even helped me get a replacement for an opal on another ring that had some issues. Nena Schutter Dazzling has excellent quality jewelry. Customer service is fantastic. I purchased a gold necklace for my son and unfortunately 2 months after, it was broken by someone else. We immediately brought the necklace back to Dazzling and they fixed it within 30 minutes. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
