dan m Awesome place. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and they saw that I had coins in my hand. The lady behind the counter instructed me to see the gentleman in the back. When I got there, I met Garrett. Garrett was very knowledgeable and actually taught me a couple things about coins that I didn’t know. He took the time to make sure that I was getting rid of everything that I wanted to and he was also giving me the right pricing for the items that I wanted to sell. After that, I dealt with Kathy, she was in charge of getting my check together for the items that I sold. Her light and bubbly attitude was definitely refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to sell any kind of gold silver or jewelry. The prices that they gave me for the things I sold were excellent and not cut 30% like a pawn shop would.

Faviola Martin We had such an amazing experience at Askew Jewelers and trusted them with refurbishing a family heirloom. My grandfather was given this ring as a gift from my grandmother during his service is World War ll. The ring was handed down to my father, then to me when I entered the military. The ring suffered quite a bit of damage over the decades. Askew Jewelers worked their magic and made a 80 year old ring look brand new again. Willie Sykes - IQS-C Great big shoutout to Sunny!!! I had been scouring the internet for the best deal(price per gram compared to the spot gold price) on a brand new 8mm 24" 14k SOLD gold Miami Cuban link chain. I checked over 20 different online jewelry stores( well known and the not so..). The best price I found was 23% over spot. Then I came across White Carat Companys website. I could not believe the price(at the time the cost was 3% over spot according to the approximate weight on the website). After some due diligence and seeing all the great reviews on the company, I decided I was going to pull the trigger. Also thinking to myself, I am going to use my AMEX. So if anything goes wrong, I am protected. But being the frugal person that I am, I had to wait 9 days until my billing cycle ended. That would give me 2 months to pay it off with no interest. :) For the next 9 days I kept checking the website praying that the price would not change. Finally on day 10, I placed my order for the 8mm-24" Elite Miami Cuban in 14K Gold on their website. I immediately received my order confirmation and receipt. The website stated "5 Business Days To Ship". On the 5th day, I had not heard anything. So I called the number that scrolls across the top of their website. Sunny answered the phone. I gave him all my order information and he said he would call me back. I thought to myself, "here we go with that BS" and I will have to pay the 23% from the other jeweler. But Sunny called me back and apologized that the website had not been updated because gold had appreciated so rapidly. He gave me 2 options: 1)a full refund back to my AMEX or 2)Zelle a few extra bucks and get it at the companys cost (doing the calculation at the time, it came up to 6% over spot instead of 3%). I took option 2!!! lol To make an already long story less long, 6 days later I received a beautiful handmade 14K Gold Miami Cuban Link Chain with the Gold Certificate. The chain hangs straight as an arrow with very tight links. I literally saved thousands of dollars(no tax, I dont live in FL) compared to the next closest jeweler. Sunny even threw in 3 Starbucks gift cards for my troubles. Thanks again Sunny and White Carat Co. of Miami. You have a customer for life! PS: I am 61" 210lbs with an 18" neck. An 8mm Miami Cuban Link Chain has a very substantial presence. Now I have to find a daily wear chain. lol

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.
