Unlike big-name stores, they aren’t overcrowded, which means they give you their full attention and truly care about helping you find the perfect ring. Sonny and Vanni took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, even tracking down my ring at another location and shipping it over quickly. They kept me updated throughout the process, and when I needed a resize, they had it done overnight.
