Their are more than fair, they are legit, and they deliver a beautiful product. I bought a stunning loose diamond from them and they made me feel comfortable and informed in my choice. Ana Rodriguez Absolutely stunning crystal shop, has everything I could want and more. Even the items they display the crystals on are for sale and usually handmade, like the stunning driftwood with brass stands that display crystal balls. The owners of the shop are extremely kind and knowable and are just all around good people. The shop itself even has cute photo opportunities such as a flower wall with wide wings made of real crystals. I honestly felt lighter after just spending a few moments (more like an hour) browsing their wide selection of stones. Beautiful location as well, we stumbled across the shop after a few drinks at a near by bar and I was just drawn to it. 10/10 would recommend visiting, even if it is just for a look.

No Name Talk about attentive! From the moment I walked through the door Rachel catered to my every need. Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. I will definitely continue to use her for my future jewelry needs, and recommend her to anybody I know looking for jewelry.

Deborah Lee Did a wide search for the proper place to sell some old jewelry given to me and was glad to have found this place. It was a great experience - lots of fun - friendly, courteous service, and good price for the things I brought in. Their integrity shone through. Vapelander Joe My wifes favorite retail store in St Pete! Which means Im here alot. The owner is nice as can be and we love the products! Especially the chocolate chip cookies they sell by the register!

Autumn Reid Stopped in looking for a small pair of diamond earrings for my bday. Had already been to several other places, and the prices at the other jewelry stores were ridiculous!! Luxor had the perfect pair of 1/2 carat diamond cluster earrings and they had EXCELLENT pricing!! Bought them on the spot. The gentleman helping me was polite, patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. Will def be my go to jewelry store from now on!!

McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much.
