They handled my item with care, and I left with it exactly how I preferred. Their jewelry is beautiful and elegant, they are all knowledgeable and experts at what they do!

Jeff was so accommodating, offered me snacks when I got there, very friendly and inviting! His whole staff has that same customer mindset. It was a very pleasant experience and I actually got a free chocolate bar when I left! I cannot recommend Jeff and his staff more! You have to go see him and just look at the variety of things he has in his shop, beautiful jewelry, and diamonds at such reasonable prices! I will never go to a jewelry store again! I had called the Bulova Repair Company (which was out of area) and was going to have to mail my watch for repair. I am so glad I found Jewelry Works in High Springs and close to my area for this repair. They did an excellent job on my repair and were very friendly and welcomed me to their store location. I will be going back to them for more repair and fixing prongs on my rings
