5 /5 Jackie Pankraz: I couldn’t believe it - a jewelry store coming to you!!! That is what Melissa and Veronica did for us. Our friend wanted to join our girl gang Fope ring club so she called the store to inquire about the rings and the next thing you know we are having a home Fope party. Lisa got her ring and the rest of us got matching bracelets for our rings. It was quite the experience. Lots of fun. Thank you both for making our girls weekend a fabulous memory. Can’t wait to see you in October.

Tyler was the first to greet us. Kathleen and Tyler went to work to create the engagement ring that would make my now Fiancee the Happiest Bride the Lord above could Bless. Once all was decided upon, a few modifications had to be made and Tyler went to work to make this happen ASAP. I then worked with Tyler and His Teammate Sal to make this a financial reality. Both treated me with Dignity and respect which allowed me the freedom to not only be myself, but to realize that I am now part of of Family that will be mine moving forward with ANY Jewelry ideas and purchases..... Then the presentation! I will never for forget the look on Kathleens face when She was presented Her Ring! It is STELLAR!! When she mentioned She did not want to take it off.. He was so personable, showed us some unique items for the fun of it and guided us to the perfect ring! They worked with our budget to help us select a beautiful stone and setting customized to exactly what I wanted. Ryan went above and beyond to text us with updates on the process and when I picked it up, they secured some stones and cleaned my existing ring while I waited so it would shine like my new one. I’ll never go anywhere else!
