Chayton Hemsey Larae with Permanent Jewelry by The Bronze Lily is so amazing! I am so glad we found her and she was able to come out to us mobile last minute. She was even able to set up out by our pool. We played music and made an unforgettable evening out of this permanent jewelry experience. The best part… Her chains are so beautiful and she had so many options in sterling silver and gold-filled. She was not only detailed but quick during the entire process. My cousin and I got matching gold-filled permanent bracelets. I can’t wait to get more from them one day.

We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Renee Jepson I have been purchasing jewelry at this store for a couple of years (gold hoop earrings, gold necklace, diamond ring) Time for a review! Ive always shopped with Alex. He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

Bo Pepper Rick made the most ABSOLUTELY STUNNING engagement ring for my now fiancée (yay!!) and I! Craftsmanship is unrivaled and customer service is perfection. I had high hopes for the stone I brought in, but he surpassed all my expectations with this ring! Head turner for sure and will be making a beeline for his store for any future needs!

Kendra Johns This store is lovely and clean and Ive purchased items from here before and been very satisfied, but this post is a special mention to Hannah Grace (I hope I remembered her name correctly), who saved me from having a lost teen two weeks ago. My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.

Charles Housner Second time for a jewelry repair. Todd handles jewelry repair and Dinah and staff work with the customers. Todds work is superior; and, Dinah and her staff are cordial and customer centric. This jeweler provides good value and good customer service. I recommend them. 9/27/16 I continue to patronize this shop for repairs and service. They are top notch...easy to work with, their prices are fair, and they provide excellent value. You can trust them with you most valuable jewelry. I highly recommend them.
