They have a really nice inventory and they can do any kind of custom gold and silver so if you’re looking for having something done, this is the place. lol Tell you that it’s the only place I’ll go to! Doug is The guy that I talk with and he’s very very knowledgeable. Actually everybody here is it’s a family run Jeweler and they can build anything you want custom or repaired or buying new. They’ve got a ton of inventory and they’re very good at what they do so if you’re looking to have something done, come down and see Doug at Gold, galore, custom jewelry store.

Willie Sykes - IQS-C Great big shoutout to Sunny!!! I had been scouring the internet for the best deal(price per gram compared to the spot gold price) on a brand new 8mm 24" 14k SOLD gold Miami Cuban link chain. I checked over 20 different online jewelry stores( well known and the not so..). The best price I found was 23% over spot. Then I came across White Carat Companys website. I could not believe the price(at the time the cost was 3% over spot according to the approximate weight on the website). After some due diligence and seeing all the great reviews on the company, I decided I was going to pull the trigger. Also thinking to myself, I am going to use my AMEX. So if anything goes wrong, I am protected. But being the frugal person that I am, I had to wait 9 days until my billing cycle ended. That would give me 2 months to pay it off with no interest. :) For the next 9 days I kept checking the website praying that the price would not change. Finally on day 10, I placed my order for the 8mm-24" Elite Miami Cuban in 14K Gold on their website. I immediately received my order confirmation and receipt. The website stated "5 Business Days To Ship". On the 5th day, I had not heard anything. So I called the number that scrolls across the top of their website. Sunny answered the phone. I gave him all my order information and he said he would call me back. I thought to myself, "here we go with that BS" and I will have to pay the 23% from the other jeweler. But Sunny called me back and apologized that the website had not been updated because gold had appreciated so rapidly. He gave me 2 options: 1)a full refund back to my AMEX or 2)Zelle a few extra bucks and get it at the companys cost (doing the calculation at the time, it came up to 6% over spot instead of 3%). I took option 2!!! lol To make an already long story less long, 6 days later I received a beautiful handmade 14K Gold Miami Cuban Link Chain with the Gold Certificate. The chain hangs straight as an arrow with very tight links. I literally saved thousands of dollars(no tax, I dont live in FL) compared to the next closest jeweler. Sunny even threw in 3 Starbucks gift cards for my troubles. Thanks again Sunny and White Carat Co. of Miami. You have a customer for life! PS: I am 61" 210lbs with an 18" neck. An 8mm Miami Cuban Link Chain has a very substantial presence. Now I have to find a daily wear chain. lol

Janice Bonham West I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

Ashley Castro I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was really nervous walking in for the first time, but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are so down to earth, compassionate, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me with a loan for my luxury item and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find this level of kindness and professionalism all in one. Highly recommend!

Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!
