Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Francesca Marciani I cyber-stalked this store online before my vacation to PCB, and headed in as soon as they opened their doors two days ago. Given that their social media accounts showed only glimpses of what they offer, I was surprised (in the best way) to see the big range of designs they had! Savannah (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely loves her job. She patiently waited while I hemmed and hawed over various pieces, before I finally settled on a fishhook pendant that I’ve worn every day since. Gorgeous designs, huge selection. I’d be happy to come back one day!

Charles Stickler I met Marc & Ashley a few weeks back at Gun Show in Melbourne, At the time I, was wanting to make sure my gun was complient wth federal laws as to brace. Also, asked if they did FFl NFA and she said yes. Ashley said come to shop after a few days due to schedule of events they were going to and I said great. Arrived at store and showed them weapon and they said It was not illegal and I didnt need one. So! after thinking about I caa=lled and Shley helped me with applying for stamp and took pics needed as well as finger prints to send with application. I am not cell phone vs in taking pic and computer. Ashley said no problem and we were done in jus over 30 mins to hour. I strongly recommed Aurora Armory as they are very knowledgeable anr are really great peple to deal with as I strongly recommend them for all you needs with ammo to ATF fillings.

ScareCrow1255 gaming I went to the Coastland Center Mall in Naples, FL to find something for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. Things werent looking so good as I noticed that 2 major jewelry stores had shut down. Just as I was planning to leave, I see this kiosk near the food court called "Unique Gold & Silver" and decide to see what they had. Lemme tell you, his selection and quality were second to none!! This aint no Piercing Pagoda, this was real deal stuff. 10k,14k...etc. Needless to say, I got my wife the perfect necklace at a reasonable price. She loves it!!! I was so impressed with the service as well. I had no idea what to get my wife but the guy who helped me, clearly knows his stuff and more or less can tell you what to get a person just based on little tidbits of info about that person. Its pretty amazing actually but hes clearly been doing this for a while based on his knowledge of jewelry.

Most of it is very beautiful. Bruce and Jean really care a lot about their customers, and really care that the craftsmanship of the stones, settings, and the work they do for you lasts. We got my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring, and my own wedding ring, from there. When I was shopping around, it was important to me that I didnt just get something mass-produced and overpriced, but beautiful and unique with a history. Plus, I was completely ignorant and she was more than happy to give me a complete education. It was a perfect experience and exactly what i was looking for. We came in several times after for a free cleaning for her.
