derek powell THIS GUY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! My wife dropped off her family heirloom for me to have a necklace made for my birthday. She told J to do whatever he thinks I would like and I LIKE. It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They are always welcoming and pleased to see me. It’s definitely a family vibe. I love that they have unique pieces, both new and estate. BETHANY CAIN I had links taken out of a watch and while there I decided to have my wedding set resized because it has always been too big. Mr. David took the greatest care to make sure the rings fit well. He soldered them together as well. When I arrived he spent over an hour with me to make sure they fit comfortably. He cleaned them beautifully and they fit so much better. I highly recommend his services.
