Aubrey Canna I bought my first Rolex here the other day. Teodora Bevacqua was excellent from start to finish. She was kind enough to size the watch for me, answer all of my questions, offer me a drink, and took the time to teach me how to wind it. Buying a Rolex watch was something I aspired to do since I first started working in the financial sector. I had an amazing experience at this location, and really appreciate Teodora and the other staff!

Mary Ellen I have wanted to shop in this store for years and finally did. Wonderful environment felt upon walking in. Greeted by Kristal and her fur baby friend. No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.

Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!

Jayne and Paul Richgels Arden’s Fine Jewelry in The Villages did a wonderful job resizing my rings. I am so happy with the results. They knew how to get just the perfect size for me, and they were so friendly and professional. They were fast because they have master jewelers working right there. Robert Groves Main Street Jewelers is a fantastic home town business that takes great care of their customers. Their pricing is reasonable, not the high markup of "Big Jewelers" with fancy advertisements to bring customers in. Workmanship is fantastic and very timely. I dropped my wifes gold chain off for repair one afternoon and it was repaired and returned the next afternoon as promised. Great Experience!!!
