All of the staff members are extremely helpful and courteous. I recently visited Gold Mine this week And the item I was looking for was a special order item. I explained to them that I needed it by Friday at the latest and to my surprise they were able to get it the very next business day. I highly recommend Gold Mine jewelry.

James Hamblin I cannot say enough about this wonderful business. Over the years (3 solid gold necklaces from 10-18k , two Solid gold bracelets with one having white gold Intertwined within it & Two custom-made gold pendants, one boxing glove And one with the engravings of Philippians, 4:13 were purchased out of this location. Altogether, I’d say there was close to $10,000 -12,000 spent if not more. I will not buy gold from any other location. They always treat me like they’ve known me all my life. They are very fair on price. They’re very respectable. I can’t say enough about this business. If you want great gold, which is quality gold in my opinion Look no further than this location. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I can’t put a price on the hospitality they have given our family! I love these wonderful people. Stop in today if you’re in the market. We will surely be back! Daniel Potts Straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest. Asked about exchanging some of my foreign currency. Got a no but also got a detailed reason and even where to go get them exchanged. The selections of coins and bars are really interesting. There is always something cool on display.

alexa novo The best piercing place in Tallahassee! I was pierced by Moss, and I loved the experience. I was hesitant about the piercing I was getting, but Moss was very knowledgeable and talked me through the different jewelry options so that I would be satisfied with the result. They were very kind and explained every step thoroughly so that I was prepared for my piercing, which I now love! The shop overall has a comfortable atmosphere, and was very clean. I was helped almost immediately when I walked in. Highly recommend!

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Customer service & the result was 10/10 at Sanders. My ring looks better than when I first got it. Very glad I decided to bring my ring here :)
