Steven Burroughs I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!

Kendra Johns This store is lovely and clean and Ive purchased items from here before and been very satisfied, but this post is a special mention to Hannah Grace (I hope I remembered her name correctly), who saved me from having a lost teen two weeks ago. My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.

Natasha Holstein Alison and Nick were awesome! It was my first time visiting Pandora ever and they made me feel so welcome. They weren’t pushy at all. I bought so much more than I anticipated, but my only regret is that I didn’t buy more! They were both very personable and helped me make the best choices and even get my friends a gift. Thank you for having such wonderful employees who truly want the best for their clients. I can’t wait to come back!

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor
