My husband gave me this ring on our 15th anniversary which symbolized a new beginning in our marriage. 3 years ago I went to the place I purchased it for its annual checkup. They told me that all 5 diamonds were loose and I should not even wear it until I gave them $475 to secure them. In the box it went until we could see spending the extra cash. I picked up an imitation ring to function as my wedding ring. Recently we sensed it was time to get my ring back on my hand and thought it best to find a local private jeweler, The Gold Exchange downtown Mount Dora. When I went to pick it up today, I learned that it just needed a bit of tightening and polishing. The charge?? Here I had not enjoyed my beautiful symbol for 3 years. I was so overjoyed to see my beautiful ring on my finger I broke into tears. The fabulous lady who served us appreciated the meaning and joined me in celebration. We have found our new jeweler!

They were very nervous but Amanda & Jude made everything better!!! They were able to pierce of the girls ears at the same time to minimize the pain & that was a blessing!! allen hernon Long time coming on this review. I have never been treated better when purchasing jewelry from here. First time I came in board shorts and a tank top which brings a lot of judgmental eyes in most shops in the area. They treated me with the most respect and worked out a way to get the perfect engagement ring for my now wife. A few months later I come in for something for my mom they say hello to me by name. A few years later I go to buy a 1775 fleet coin and they are so knowledgeable and honest about the coins. There is no other jeweler in Vero who treats people like this. If you’re shopping around you will always end here as the best.
