1 /5 Lauren Franquiz: After owning my earrings for 2 days I noticed that the gold around the diamonds was rubbing off. When I went to exchange them at the store they gave me so much trouble. Afterward, it occurred to me that the saleswoman had told me during the initial sale that they only carry one single pair of each style at the store. How then were they able to produce an identical pair with no flaws? After that lie, they lost all credibility in my eyes. Giving one star for a good selection. If you want to try on a bunch of stuff and buy elsewhere its a good place for that. Otherwise, I would not go.

1 /5 M G: This is the worse jewelry purchase experience I have ever had! They charged my card twice for the same transaction and I am currently fighting with them for one of the refunds. They even sent me a picture text message of a machine refund that has still not hit my account yet! And forgot about customer service in this place, it is none existent! Worse jewelry store in Miami! I will also make a complaint to the BBB!

1 /5 ZONI SMITH: Rude customer service would never go back! Incompetent, slow, and unprofessional. Tried to sell 24k bullion and 18k gold no one knew what they ever doing almost low balled me for 24 karat 2.5 gold grams. Also, no one spoke English. Would not recommend for selling or buying. Other venders are more accommodating and friendly! Save yourself a trip!

2 /5 Ben Stewart: Concerning card transaction practices, but friendly and good selection. I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.

1 /5 Andrew Ramirez: I have been shopping here for years but the quality of service has greatly deteriorated. I was shopping with my wife for earrings and was there for a total of 15 minutes before the owner Carmen came out from the back yelling at my wife for trying on different pairs of earrings. The owner said that she is there to sell not to let people try things on. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful leaving the sales women and customers around us with their jaws open in disbelief. Would not recommend going here unless you want to get yelled at, rushed, or disrespected by Carmen.
